All Star Letter of Intent for Postseason Play-2026
is Due No Later than Saturday, April 25th
Seaside of Oxnard requires this “Letter of Intent” be filled out by a parent or guardian for any player who is interested in Postseason Play.
Team selections are May 1st –May 5th.
This letter in no way guarantees your child will be nominated or selected to an All-Star tournament team. It simply guarantees a player will be considered for postseason play. Because there is a significant time & financial commitment, we ask that you closely review the information below. Estimated cost is $350-$500 for postseason play per player (this estimate does not include travel, gas, food and lodging).
Most teams will practice 3-5 days a week, play in tournaments most weekends, and if you qualify, will compete in Championship Tournaments that run from June through first week of August. Any player and parent who commits to post season play by signing this letter and does not fulfill their commitment once selected, will result in the loss of eligibility for All-Star play the following year. (If any of our teams fail to fulfill their commitment of playing in tournaments they have agreed to play in, our entire league may lose the ability to play in the Western District All Star Tournament.) All Stars is competitive, meaning there is no guarantee of playing time and or desired positions. (Your child may be asked to play a position they have never played before.)

January 1st- All Star teams (per division) may have no more than 4 players who played travel past this date.
March 31st- Last day to play travel
April 6th- Select Teams must disband
March 17th- All Star Interest Forms will be made available
April 25th- All Star Forms are due
May 1st- All Star teams can be selected (evaluations)
May 6th- All Star Parent Information Meeting
May 9th- All Star Tournaments may begin
